I'd say give Eric a call and see what he can do for you. I actually just sent him a new OEM head to shave for my 04 CR125 that he did a 134 kit on. Also, the cylinder that he bored for me was in rough shape when I sent it but he worked his magic and it was cheaper than a new one. Can't say enough good things about the guy.

The 04 was a odd year and it was unable to make a 144 kit for it..

My son has an 04. 134 was the most it could be punched out.
