I'm new here and decided I'd start a thread since I'm kind of changing my bike quite a bit from stock. I used to have build threads when I was modifying cars so decided I'd do the same over here. This isn't really as cool a project as what else i'm seeing where people are rebuilding old bikes and doing a lot of custom work but it's my bike and I'm trying to see how good of a woods machine I can build. I thought about the new 300 tpi for a bit before pulling the trigger on the XCF and ultimately just decided to buy used and use the extra money on parts.
So here's what the bike looked like when I bought it. Really in great shape.

I'll post some more pictures here in a moment of how it's transitioned and what's to come.

Rival Ink is a good company if you're thinking about getting graphics. I'm having them do another set for me and just going with their out of the box black/gray with orange black plastics.
