I agree. Privateers deserve props, so for doin' it down there with just his one buddy: kudos I know how hard it is.

Riding in NoDak is actually not so bad, where he was at anyways. The riding compound I was talking about is a perfect set up for training and ridn, and I've ridden at most of the good tracks in socal too. The winter is a definite draw back though.

I've known that family for years and have been riding/racing with them for most of my 15 in the sport but, maybe I'll have to sit down and get Mr. Lock's side of things. You in for another novel? ha.

haha.......ya he was by himself in seattle from what i saw, but ya there is a new facility that just opened in san diego called pala raceway, its unreal! but ya he was really laid back when i talked to him....he never wanted to talk about himself or talk him self up, i got the impression that he is very modest.

I know, that is maybe the weirdest thing about the whole deal. I really enjoyed hanging with him. Then all these rumors started flying around with his friends and things from myspace and facebook fueled it all, but yet, he was still laid back. The thing that puzzles me is that he never corrected those false rumors about how good he was etc.

Maybe it was just his friends talking but I'm very good friends with Chase's cousin and I feel protective of him when people are speaking untruthfully regarding him. I really tried to write a fair account of how it went down too. I mean, that's how it looked when I was in the middle of it so i'm sure it was supre weird for outsiders. I never hate on people and I rarely even comment on the forums so you know I don't just sling bullshit. I wanted a fair, true accounting of all of it.

Maybe I can get down to that new place in Diego. I'm always down for a moto road trip!

for sure man, i hope the best for both of ya.....hope we see him put in some good results....ya pala raceway has like 10 tracks its bad@$$, you should def. hit it up...i think the website is palaraceway.com or something like that.
