Breaking up in high rpms

Hi my son has 05 kx 65 started to break up in high rpms. Cleaned carb an jets. Reeds look fine stator seems ok got new coil wire an box what could be wrong an he races on Sunday help please

Ohm Test the coil?
Spark plug new?
