JVC mini DV driver software

Does anyone have or know where I can find the driver software or something compatible for a JVC mini DV camera? Model GR-D70AA. I lost the disc a long time ago and have a heap of helmet cam footage that I cant upload to my computer. I appreciate any help or alternative solutions.

Have you tried to download drivers for models of the same family? I found some others online.

Yes, but I have one of those annoying models that unless you know which one is compatible they are useless. I forgot to mention that I found software that you can purchase but surely theres somewhere online with a free download as I am a bit of a tight arse. I may be ok on a bike, but am useless on a computer thingy.

I was just kidding, It happens. i did however try to find the drivers and also had zero luck. In fact all I found were other people trying to find the drivers also.

Frustrating isn't it? I picked a great, hard to get shit for camera. I have been through exactly the same thing with the same results so I gave up for a while but I want to put all my footage on the computer.

The only way I can get stuff on the compter is via digital stills camera in video mode. Dont know why this has no sound but here's me on my bro's 250f at my place.Just click on the image.
