Anyone ever use WP Factory services for a revalve?

I bought a set of cone valve forks and a trax shock a couple years ago. The guy I bought if from had purchased it new from WP Factory Services with their valving set up. He took it back a few times to try and get it working good, but ended up taking it to Factory Connection. I have no actual experience with them, besides a conversation with one of their guys who had the WP van out at Glen Helen on Dealer day, before the nationals. The guy was kinda cocky and didn't seem to postitive about being able to get the 4CS forks working good.

I ended up buying another new set of Cone Valve forks for my '15 FE450 from Powerband racing and was extremely satisfied with them, right out of the box. He really has a great set up with his valving specs, at least for the cone valves.... I've used Enzo for most of my bikes and always been happy, but Powerband was the dealer for the WP forks and valving was free with purchase. There was no need to have Enzo touch them, so that just saved me money. I'm sure WP Services can handle it, but I'm headed back to the ones I'm already happy with.

I had them do my '13 250sx and am very happy with it. The forks especially, work much better than stock. I have actually had a great experience with Factory Connection in the past as well so it would be a toss up on who I would use again. I can say, when I inquired about a revalve, FC was very thorough on explaining things to me and what they would do and why. Factory Services was more like "Ya, we'll make it work way better". Since both were great in my experienc it might just come down to price/turn around next time.

Had them revalve/spring my 13 SX150, definitely worth it. They were very fast as well and will send you the box to ship them in for free.

I had my 4cs forks revalued by another shop and it was any real improvement. I sent my forks and shock into WP Factory Services. I told them I did not do huge Moto jumps and wanted valving on the soft side. Well a grand later all I can say is the forks might have worked for JS7 doing Supercross. They just did not suck up anything small or medium or much of anything else. Thing that makes me think they are dirtballs is they replaced all the bushings again when the previous shop did the same only a few hrs of use before. What is a few hundred extra to them? I don’t get to spend a grand on my suspension very often. WP Factory Services in Temecula doesn’t care care about the average rider, these guys just suck. If your name doesn’t show up in magazines just avoid the screw job you will get from them.

I know this is originally an old thread, but are they even doing customer bikes anymore? I thought they stoped?

Luke, a suspension guy that used to work at Factory Services, is now at Race Tech. My Cone Valve/ Trax setup came from Factory Services set up for my weight and was decent. Once it became time to replace the seals......Factory Services was not an option. So....after calling around....I heard that Luke was at Race Tech. I had him redo my suspension and it has been good.
