Honda may not be winning any races, but they have more bikes on the line than any 2 manufactures put together.Sometimes they will have 8 or 9 bikes in a main event.I would think that alone makes the brass happy and to the casual fan that should influence their next purchase.

By being consistently mediocre they have locked down average placements of 5th, 8th, 9th, although they sit 3rd , 6th, and 9th in points. Just the facts..... carry on

Honda had the chance to buy a championship (meaning Stewart or Reed) and decided it was not that important to the company to win. They make great products, have a massive dealer network, and will continue to sell more bikes than any other mcf even if they pulled out of pro sx/mx racing. Nice position to be in.
Remember this is the company that gave up on Mcgrath and Charmiceal at the peak of their careers. History speaks for itself. Winning is not very important to them.

You got a point there. If winning is your priority, how do you let McGrath and Carmichael go?

Kawboy14. Honda took a shit on MC and RC in there prime and never went after Reed or Stewart. I am thinking that Honda could give two shits about winning.

What's the deal with BT? If he doesn't get better, shouldn't they let him go and give the spot to someone that can ride every week?
