Any core motoheads out there tried it? Working 70 hours per week, wrenching for 3 and riding does not leave time for going to a gym. Worth the $70?

If it gives you a routine, why not. It looks interesting.

mxdad, I'm in my second week of it. I think it's great. I posted a topic on here about it a few weeks ago. It's really extreme. They work your muscles until failure. The nice thing about it is that all you really need are some dumbells, a yoga mat, and a pullup bar. I would recommend the pullup bar that walmart sells for 29.99. It just clips into your doorway and you can take it down after your workout. For me, the yoga and the plyometrics are the hardest workouts because I had my knee scoped a month ago. Good luck if you decide to try it!

racer x virtual trainer forum has some info on 90x for its use in mx.

I personally think it would be best for the off season for its intensity.
But anything is better than zero if you are doing nothing now.

Whats up with crossfit? link, info, personal experience, etc.
