Who knows why they are, perhaps they got picked on at school and think that's how your supposed to act, perhaps they can't get girls to like them and there is a lot of pent up frustration, Maybe just maybe putting other peoples accomplishments down helps their own self esteem because they are shit at everything, i don't know but more importantly who cares the world is full of these pests.
