Hello Friends! From Portugal..

I have a 2002 YZ 125 with Athena kit 144cc, i'm very happy with her but i have a problem..

When the engine as more hot (running for a while) the engine lost lowers, loses power..

I do a video on youtube to show.

Can be clutch problem? Carb problem?

Thanks and sorry for my english Wink [/url]

Perform a compression test on the cylinder while warm and while cold with the throttle wide open ... compare your numbers ... I would start withing removing the cylinder and checking the plating as well as your rings ...

But its normal happens only in lowers?
In highers the bike runs very well..

And happens only when the engine is running for a while..

Sounds like a clutch problem. The heat should not affect the power like you say it is. Sounds like clutch gets hot and starts to slip. I would inspect the clutch completely and if that's not the answer leak down test the engine. Could be ECU related but I doubt it
