Suspension set up help

I have a 2017 KTM 450 sxf I am 230lb vet B rider I up the rear spring and running 105mm sag. I was told to run 151lbs in forks but seam awful stiff so I been around 145-146 nice and plush no bottom but rebound pretty harsh. Not real good with set up so any input will be appreciated thanks

That rear shock is wrong for your weight, I'm 193 and I run a 6.2 in my rear

What is your static sag number? Think of your suspension like a pendulum your rear is to light sending all the force to the front

Hope someone chimes in I'm no expert I'm learning also, there is so much involved in suspension it's alot to process

Different spring rates on different bikes, chassis etc
Unless you have the same bike as him. And you are the same weight also.

Go to the race tech web site and use the spring calculator says the rear should be 5.6 . I agree different bikes, chassis ,ect...but for a 230lbs man the stock springs won't work.
