Gathering parts for a CR250AF build and need power valve and transmission. Will buy whole motor or whole bike if price is right. I know its probably a long shot

I have a couple complete transmissions but they're both from a 95. Might even have the power valve parts.

I have an 01 bottom end ill sell you for 375$ plus shipping. Even though your build doesnt need a running motor , i feel obligated to let you know the following:
1. It would need a crank
2 water pump cover is MIA
3. I havnt even begun to tear into this thing. I bought it for 475$ last year off craigslist. Your guess is as good as mine as to what it looks like split.
This is the cheapest i have seen a bottom end for . Same deal on ebay is 419+ shipping.
