Hey guys, as the title says i have a 2013 RMZ 250, and i'm not quite sure what the problem is. I can get it to start, and it runs good until it gets hot. Once it gets hot whether im on the throttle or not, choke or not, it just dies. There is no unusual sounds before it dies, it just quits. I've tried researching and found only probable causes that may or may not be it for me because i have yet to find anybody who has experienced the same issue and i don't have any real experience with working on a 4 stroke. I've read it could be something with the EFI, the wiring harness, the sensors, lack of spark, but i'm thinking maybe it could be something with the actual injection? I don't have the manual for it as i bought it from a guy who bought it from the original owner and he didn't pass the manual along. Any help will greatly be appreciated. Thanks

When it dies, can you start it right back up? Or do you have to wait for it to cool down?

I can start it back up after a couple kicks. It'll run for a few seconds, then just die each time i fire it up when its hot

Could be something as simple as a blocked fuel cap vent host. Try running it with the fuel cap off or loose (not when full of fuel obviously).
