Cool. My dad may get a job offer out there. I could stay in Florida but I'm in college and can't really afford to get my own place right now..I know it would be wayyyy different then fl

There are a quite few other tracks within a couple hours drive time from BG. You get in the area, drop me a PM, there's always something going on near about every weekend.

And yes, waaaaay different then FL. About November you'll wish you were back in FL. Again, drop a note when your in the area. We'll get you hooked up with tracks, racing series along with bike shops.

Depending on the track. I haven't been to MX Express, but have heard it pretty nice. I've been to Delta, it's a mix loamy / hard pack and has quite a bit of the sand that you should be used to in FL. Great folks that make you feel welcome and they work hard to keep the track pretty nice. They also run night races, which is fun.

Another nice track about an hour plus from BG is Log Road. Awesome track, nice loamy dirt. Probably my favorite, but then again, I'm riding a 40 year old bike and the only doubles I do come on a bun with mustard and onions. Smile

Compared to what you're used to it will be like riding on a freeway.

Check out MX express. One of my good friends is running it and says it's really good. Delta kinda sucks to put it nice. Twisted MX is pretty sandy but is a fun track up that way.

Go across the border into Michigan and lots more tracks. There is Coops and Twisted MX in Milan. Like the other guys said Log Road to the west. I wouldnt waste my time at Delta. There is also Sandusky Valley Riders that is a club but has open rides.

About 2- 2.5 hours to the north you have Baja, Bulldogs, Polka Dots, Freelin, Sand Box.

More then in FL! Sorry, couldn't resist. Smile

In my old home town of Brighton Michigan, about 1 1/2 from BG give or take is Mt. Brighton Skiing. It's not Vail, but from those I talk with they have a good time there.

Brighton used to also have an awesome MX track called Mustang Acres (I lived 2 miles away) that was off the same road as the Ski area. The track is now a Target store or some damn thing.

Red Bud is 2 1/2 hrs from BG as well. MXexpress is a great place, we'll run, & laid back.

Owens community college north of bowling green is super cheap and they have just as good of quality education as the big state schools. Check them out. It's like 150 a credit hour. Compared to 450.

I went to Toledo, lived in area for 4 years. You can also swing over to indianna. Motoplex. If that place is still open.

Brighton is a man made hill. But we used to go up for college ID night and still have a good time. You'll have to go 6-7 hours east to New York if you want to board something better. Peak n peek is pretty small. But holiday valley is a good mix.

Check out the Ohio motocross association. CHILITOWN won't be far from you. And it's the #1 facility in Ohio. Also briarcliff is nothing but pure excellence. You're 3 hours within 3 amazing facilities. You can't complain there ! Red bud, CHILITOWN and briarcliff. Welcome to Ohio.
