ITunes -------- Soundcloud

We recap the Vegas SX, set our way too early power rankings for 2017 250 SX, and debate who the alpha male in the 450 class is coming into Hangtown. Grant Langston joins us and discusses life on camera, his highs and lows of his racing career, as well as his preview for the outdoor nationals.

Enjoy!

Awesome Ep this week. Langston is one of my favourites from the DVD Relish. I love watching the great outdoors from 07 I think where at Southwick he tracked down, battled, and passed Stewart in a time where Stewart was untouchable. Always good to hear what he's up to! Should get more of that era on in future eps, "Where are they now?" lorroco (geico, but still a legend), lusk, tortelli, fonseca, Hamblin, McGrath ?

I'm excited about the fitness guru coming on next week to put the smack down on the arm stretch thing. I too wonder if guyb is as lame and condescending in real life as he is on this board, be good if he could ring in and contribute, rather than the odd lame one liner insults.

I listen to podcasts mostly while driving so the background music is still annoying when someone is trying to tell their story. Please, Just ditch it all together. Nothing worse than trying to hear someone talk over that shit. Like kids screaming in the background.... Dolphin.

Oh, and give Joe a mic!

I can only agree, I really like listening to that podcast.

The forearm stretch topic that started a couple shows ago got me giggling. The first moment I saw the device, I questioned the price. After a short study on ART, I was convinced it's overpriced. Then Nick chimes in on the podcast and it all makes even more sense.

danny i think your take on Ryan "Iron" dungey is right. Look at his entire career. he has always been constant. he doenst push and he doesnt slow down, this sx season is much like is 2012 MX title run where he won close to 18-20 motos.

he's just solid. when someone gets aggressive he gets thrown off. just like when Villo was in there and just like what Kroc did the last few weekends, the difference between the two guys is KROC only just got dialed in the last half where as dungey has been dialed all season.
