Some days are good

Well they are all good, some just better than others..

My boy has had some rough times riding and racing. He has taken alot of lumps, ended up quiting for a year after a couple nasty crashes and lost the 'mojo' . He started riding again for fun, took almost another year to hear [u:3r5bc8qp]him[/u:3r5bc8qp] say i wanna race again. Hes not the fastest kid around here but once in a while everything just go right. Im proud to see him bounce back on his own and have more fun than ever. I was more proud of him coming back to face it than i was of the wins.

Very cool. <img class= " title="Smile">

I've taken my son riding a few times, and he'll go for a bit...right up until he scares himself. Then he's done for the day.

Like you, I'm not going to push him and make him do something that he's not interested in doing. Looks like you guys are doing it right. <img class= " title="Smile">

Cool post Will, This weekend on the way home from a tough race for my son punched me in the arm and said" I had a good time today Dad". Man it was all I could do to keep from losing it.

awesome... i know what you went through... my daughter loved to race the 50's. went to the 65 has probs leerning the clutch got frustrated. wanted to stop but kept going finally is gettgin the hang of it but she's had a few get off's that had me thinking she needs to stop riding but she still wants to just not race as she knows she needs alot more practice to get back to race speed...
