Don't know why that's what I've decided to dub them, but it is what it is. It's just a fancy way of saying here's some numbers derived from rider's finishes so far this year.

Nice work. It would be great to see some kind of stat that quantified the most important factor of all, the start. Maybe a column for rider's position crossing the holeshot line, one showing the difference, plus or minus, between start and finish, and an average "start" position. Another good thing to know is a rider's frequency of not finishing, whether due to DNS, DNF, crash out, or mechanical. Thanks for sharing these.

Great work and statistical information. We just recently posted some fantasy insight for this weekend's Santa Clara event. Hopefully it helps you all make some decisions and win some money. Wow: I was going to say you've got a Big Brain for these boards until I saw the Marx name (srsly: how many people on this board know the difference between an average and median?). I mean, look: you've got Steve throwing around "standard deviation" but I can't believe he knows what that really means.

Hate to pile on, but I love your work on The Show. Thanks for the "scraping". Look at Roczen...higher than visceral feeling. Maybe that's why Kongois' crazy post on Roczen>Honda "fell through" might actually be true(?). I was just thinking tonight they need another year together before breaking up.
