Hope you are well.
I remember talking to you at Valkenswaard GP the year before RV came to GP's. At the time it was thought he would retire but i asked if you thought he would come to GP's..
I asked you about how you think he would do in MXGP and you said he would win no problem..
Looking back now do you think you under-estimated the MXGP guys?

Hi Tyla, with being from South Africa and living in Europe for many years then coming to America for a long time, where will you retire to? Will you stay here or go back to one of the other two?

Best RV story?

I know fans and support can have a positive or negative impact on a riders confidence. During your American career, it appeared that the fans were very supportive of you, myself included. Did you have any situation where you didn't feel welcome at one of the races?

Second question: It is almost a given that when people meet stars of the sport (or any sport) that they say how big of a fan they are and wish the rider luck. Does it ever get difficult to feel genuine when thanking the person? I know some riders tend to give a "oh, yea thanks" type of answer that almost sounds like they brush it off, but I never saw that attitude in yourself.

Thanks for doing this. One of my favorite races was watching you hold off Dungey in moto 2 at Southwick in 2012. What was going through your mind as you pounded out the laps? It looked so grueling. Long moto plus the humidity and deep sand. I always admired your fitness level. Many thanks.
