Extra fresh water tank (total is now ~70Gal).
Extra 50Gal water tank underneath rear garage (can be transferred to fresh water tank with pump).
2 A/C units (1 in garage and 1 in living area).
Sat Antenna and flat screen TV.
Full length awning with new fabric.
Exterior entertainment system.
Rear Screen for garage.
Rear step system.
RV is in excellent working order, Tires are in good shape with less than 5000 miles on them.
