before anyone says anythin i did do a search and didnt really come up with anything. I also know how much the Race shop gets viewed so thats why im asking here.

So just replaced bottom end on my 2010 kx250f, was skeptical about going with hotrods due to the fact i have had vibration issues in the past on an Rmz250 w/ hotrods crank installed, but also had no issues on my 09 yz450f. My question is. Could this be some other issue besides crank runout or ballance. all motor mount bolts are tight. yet it def has a "buzz" to it. any input would be appreciated.

did you have the rotating assembly balanced? did you have runout and true-ness inspected by a crank specialist? OEM crank bearings? different piston weight than OEM can do it, as well as crank weight without balancing.

just used same piston i had before Vertex W/ less than 10hrs, and all new bearings that came w/ hotrods crank kit. i was just wondering if maybe something mounting whse could make it vibrate. I just wanna explore all other options before i break it back down and check the crank over.

Never install a crank , new, old from any supplier with out checking the run out.
