A price for a full Core 3.0 EXP clutch is usually around 850.

The ring itself is usually around 400.

Check RockyMountainatvmc.com

Or Motosport

I think they are both rekluse distributors.

edit: I did just look on the rekluse website and they have their prices listed. You just have to put in your machine details from the products page....

I have no idea how to access PM's?

You help me with that, and I'll help you track down some pricing on a Rekluse for your bike. Smile

So I got the exp fitted last night and went out today. Why did I ever ride without one, this is is so so good I can't even say how much time i saved today not stalling In the deep ruts, and you can brake so late into a corner it's unreal, what a weapon. If you are in two minds just buy one you won't regret it!

Oh and what sort of hours can I expect out of the exp 3? Intermediate rider with the standard springs in.

Also could hear some slip but the free gain is perfect, could this just be in my head as its only 1 hour old any one else had this?

We've had them for years without having to replace the friction plate sides. If your free play gain is perfect it's in your head. They may make some kind of a different sound but as the manual says is ok. They recommend somethings to do if it starts getting on your nerves but have had zero issues.

I'd personally classify slip as more of something I could feel over something I could hear personally.

That's cool, thanks for the info. It was weird. I did some starts and messed around going Low to high speed 3rd and 4th gear seemed fine. As soon as I got on track I heard it slipping, the revs were building high and there wasn't much drive off the rear wheel. I'm figuring though it's brand new and free play gain in ok it's fine but will keep a eye on it.

Oh one more, it's on a crf 450 would you recommend trying all soft springs so it engages really early?

So i found an offer for 750 Euro on a core 3.0. Sounds quite like a good price?

Boy it shouldn't slip like that after it engages. Yeah maybe you could try the lower rpm engagement springs. How are your stock clutch (pressure plate) springs? How are your fibers?

So I think the euro may still be more valuable that our recently awful dollar but you may be paying shipping costs to your area.

The full 3.0 EXP kit in the US is generally about $850 US.

Hope that helps.

Mikeh211 I sent you a message back. Lemme know if that helps. Some of what the manual talks about is called chatter but if you're building RPM and not going anywhere I suspect there is an issue elsewhere. Check that message and get back to me.

Here's another stupid thought. Did you happen to break in the disc the right way? 20 starts from idle to about half throttle 20 times in first gear and 10 starts from idle to half throttle in second? Did you soak the disc for 10-15 minutes in regular motorcycle oil before install?
