Cracked Talus and Heel Recovery Time?

Last weekend I landed on the side of a table top and elected to jump to side and flat landed. I did not crash, but when I landed my left ankle compressed. A trip to ER showed only a crack in the talus and in the heel as well. I am on crutches with a boot now and follow up next week with ortho. Any information on recovery time? Non displaced cracks only. Thank you.

Up to 60 days pain, up to 1 year some pain

How long before I can ditch the crutches? In 08 I shattered my right ankle and broke tib/fib. Three months non weight bearing. I also had a broken arm and torn shoulder. I had to used a walker with an arm rest.

Smashed my heel into pieces in 08, was a slow 12 weeks before any weight bearing so if all you've done is crack it you'll be fine in 6 weeks depending how fit you are, how you eat and sleep, be clean in any healing period.
