One man making 1 million will pay 400k in takes. 25 people making $40,000 peryear only pays $280,000. These are just thrown out there as example but you see how the rich really float this country and he wants more, come on lets do something different and allow those poeple more opprotunities in job growth. Oh cant do that then they will become rich republicans and vote republican because it helps there finanical situation now. Democrast must keep them poor to keep them voting Democrat.

Thats because at 40 grand a year if you charged them any more for taxes they wouldnt be able to pay their mortgages or eat or clothe themselves, and then they'd lose their jobs and not be able to pay taxes.

I think it's funny that in an earlier comment, that "davecarguy" also said "Time to get back at Whitey. "

Dont remember if it was 20/20 or Dateline but one of those news story shows recently did a piece on how many wealthy Americans hid much of their money off shore, how many of them paid almost no taxes. Anybody with a better memory than mine see the piece?

dougie, i know the rich are good at lowering their tax liability on the flipside the tax revenue certainly doesn't come from the poor.

too keep things balancesd here's one for my democrat friends, this lady did throw me with her support for hillary though.

Revenue comes from the middle class, not the poor. That's the point.
