My God.......how many dead horses need to be beaten before all of this can go just away? No matter how many times you guys piss, bitch, moan and complain it aint gonna change a GD thing. Some of you need a life besides sitting on Vital and hitting refresh every 2 minutes. Blink

The funny thing is almost everyone is in agreement. James fault, penalty way too long.

The issue I have with that though, is if people were so against the penalty length (which was apparent from their earlier rulings), why weren't they fighting it before a rider got busted?

It's eerily similar to the 4 stroke argument (sorry, ya I went there haha). They were the greatest thing and everyone wanted them at first, and now they are basically a curse word and commonly referenced as "killing the sport"
I don't think many riders looked into cause they weren't concerned about failing.

James knows they are testing, which I think like Steve Cox said he thought they were looking for things like steroids, EPO etc...
It would make no sense if you know they are testing to take something you can get a TUE for.
Yes, he may have been very uninformed on the subject, just as Josh Grant is.

I hit the quote button before the edit so my question is; What people that are against the severity should have been fighting before a rider got busted? Not specifically by name just generally speaking.

Well I suppose any of them that had the capability to start petitions, link email addresses to FIM officials, people that go on social media and refer to WADA and the FIM as "fags," or "witch hunters." Those that want to call out promoters, etc. Or how about racers that stated they were confused beforehand?

I thought I might be in total agreement is why I asked. imho anyone that had the power to let the FIM or WADA have control of an American series are at fault.
Personally I am against the severity of the penalty but to be honest I don't study the fine print. As a fan I just expect the big wigs to have it under control for the most part. Hell I didn't even know what a TUE was until after the fact.
