I don't buy it, USADA, like WADA, doesn't mess around. I think he's just taking the same false rumors and hear say about a certain rider and stating that he did in fact fail but did not get punished. There was a rumor floating around that Copper Webb or Blake Baggett had failed due to HGH after the Colorado test. Both of these riders posted their results to stop the rumors, they were both found to be clean.
