i have an 09 crf 450 just got the motor rebuilt new crank cylinder hear valves pretty much every part you can buy is new so its not mechanical and when i pulled the plug it would spark maybe 1 out 5 kicks and it was a very dim orange spark it is a brand new plug so that is not the problem and checked all the plugs over and over ground is good also fuel pressure good everything is good any advice or experience with something like this would be great

You need to check the coil by doing an OHMs test on the primary and secondary sides. Normally an Orange color spark indicates a poor connection on the secondary side between the plug and the plug boot. It can be a bad or corroded boot connection or a poor connection from the boot to the wire. Unscrew the plug cap from the wire. Cut 1/4" off the wire and screw the boot back on and then check your spark. While you have the boot off clean the metal connection in the boot or replace the boot.

checking spark again and now it seems to spark every single single time i dont know if the pug was grounded bad or if something is coming and going electrical but has good spark now but still nothing all is does is backfire occasionally and im positive that its in time all marks are lined up has fuel pressure the little screen by the injector is clean just still nothing

Start at the basics....
Check cam timing.
Check valve clearances.
Check fuel pump.
Have injector cleaned.
See if it will fire up using starter fluid. If it starts and dies, you have a fuel delivery issue. If it still does not start, you may have valve clearance issues or cam timing issues. Was the cam chain replaced?

checked valves checked timing sprayed starter fluid nothing fuel pumps good cam chain is new also i dont think its mechanical because now it seems like spark is coming and going which is going to be a problem because when we test the stator and ecm its all checks out good but sometimes it sparks every kick try again later it will will spark twice out of 20 kicks

I would pull the stator cover and the flywheel so you can check the trigger coil and the flywheel for metal shavings and to clean.
Have you done an ohms test on the coil?
Are the coil mounts good and clean?

May sound elementary, but did you check the spark plug/cap, and the kill switch?

well every common cause for this checks out goos so at this point no question is a bad one lol but yes checked that actually had a mechanic check it out he couldnt find the problem either and has every kind of tool and tester needed the problem is spark is coming and going randomly so whatever the problem is still some what works so it still gives off voltage
