Did they merge the vet and main together today? I can't picture that with new layout. Nice pics by the way

Why are all of the guns riding Milestone all of a sudden? Has the track gotten much better or something? Last few times I was there it wasn't all that at all. I don't know what the allure is about that place.

But good pics FCR!! Thanks for sharing!

Paluzzi is fast for sure. Ive got a Mini Warriors movie where he wads up a cobra 50 pretty bad when he overjumps a double by like 30 feet. He's fast though for sure.

Get closer to the action. And don't use any of that sissy zoom Lens stuff. If your not in harms way your not a real race photographer!
Other than that I like them!

Of all the tracks in my area,Milestone is the closest to a National level track right now IMHO. They rip it deep and water it thoroughly. It develops monster ruts everywhere, has technical rough sections and jumps coming out of and going into turns. When they link both tracks together it is pretty long.

They changed the track quite a bit prior to the Triple Crown last weekend, the main is much longer now and they mellowed it out a bit. I will be there tomorrow and Sun. Love that place!

I was there last spring, and I wasn't too impressed. the way TRANSsocal made it out to be you would think it was the greatest track of all time. I should of known they would be biased since Milestone runs a lot of ads in there. Maybe not have 4 tracks and just focus on one making two really awesome tracks.

Over the last 2 months or so the track has changed. On Wednesdays they link the main and vet track. It was only open for Int. and pros.I was told that if guys were too slow or out of their league they would be flagged off from 9-1pm.Back when you were here it was pretty tame.I haven't gone for 2 weeks so I'm not sure if it is currently as well prepped and tough as it was recently.Perris and Racetown have great dirt and facilities too and of course Glen Helen is tough on raceday.

I went there about a month ago after listening to some people on here say it was good and I was not disappointed. The prep was awesome and so was the layout. My brother had been there the year before and he didn't like it then, but loved it this time. Lots of ruts and fun, but safe, big jumps. My favorite track I've ridden at in a long time.

It is not a jumpy track. The dirt is good and as Friday stated it is disced deep and watered well.

Hey, since you asked for comments on your pics... I'm by far no pro, just an amateur hack who gets lucky every now and then. That being said here's my comments..

Paluzzi..Might of looked better from the inside or more in front , kinda like he coming at you. Since you can walk around out there, you don't have to be stuck looking like your shooting from behind a fence... Tighter shot at a different angle with a little Photoshop added would be my suggestions.

Metty.... If he was more on the left of the picture you would see where where he is coming from. My eyes are drwn to that damn tire. Again tighter and better angle.

Hepler... Maybe take the pic a little earlier? Background again, look for different angles, the white box van and the white van take away from Broc.

You seen my photos, and I know mine have problems too, but just giving you some advice on some things that I think can be improved. When I first started posting pics on here, I got all kinds of crap, probably cause Brown Dog Wilson used to post alot of pics here. He always had his pics crisp and edited before he put them on here. Now that I've learned a little more about my camera and have a old Photoshop program, I think my pics come out a lil better than before. BDW, not being here helps my pics look better too. lol

Finally, thanks that is what I was looking for. The suggestion of Metcaffe being more on the left is interesting. I am left handed and I notice quite a few of my pics are set up more of right to left. As far as Ps, I am still learning the basics of the camera so that will come later. Hell I can barely get the pics loaded on this site. Ha! I do appreciate your comments though so Thanks!!!
