Leatt GPX 5.5 visibility

I have a Leatt Moto GPX that I got in 2009, and am really getting tired of having my head locked when I try to look up. I have a Fox V3 and V4 helmets, it's worse with the V4 as it feels like the bottom edge is lower.

The obvious option would be with the Atlas, but I'm not that big, and the child's one was too small, and the adult one was too big.

Anyone out therer with a GPX 5.5 that could chime in? Would it be much better than what I have now? I don't have much money of the fancy carbon one is out of the question.

I went from the GPX to 5.5 and yes the brace does sit lower which mean you gain more visability. Latly it's feeling restricting because I wear a chest protector also.

I think this is that happy medium each rider needs to make between comfort and additional safety.

Atlas has one in-between the adult and child (tyke) called the prodigy.

The 5.5 is a much lower profile than the GPX and the front & back contact surfaces are fully adjustable (where it rests on you).

I had the original "Adventure" model for 5 years and switched to the 5.5 this summer. I really like the new design. Lower profile, easier adjustment and the one-button open/close is really nice. I also like how it folds to fit better in my gear bag.

I've got a 5.5 and I wear a Shoei and it's absolutely fine.

Ok thanks guys, I've gotta do something different. Going to wait until harvest is over then hopefully find a deal on RMC or something.
