So I'm going to Hawaii island Kauai pretty soon and i found out there is a track there, and I was wonder if anyone has ever been there or if there is a dirt bike rental place. I think it would be awesome to ride on different soil and from pictures I have seen the tracks and dirt looks pretty good!

Sorry, can't offer any input, I just remember a story Ping did for RacerX a while back about riding on the island ( or islands ). I think it's much more popular than one would think.

It's in Wailua, just outside of Lihue, on the way towards Kaapa. I go to Kauai fairly often, but I have no idea about bike rentals. That red dirt ruins EVERYTHING.

The bike shop a few years back had a few rentals but I can't say they do now. The track had some big air jumps on it and like any other track in Hawaii when its wet its like snot. And the red iron stains bike plastic and riding gear. But where else can you ride next to the ocean. the entrance is north in this picture and you come in near a dump and glof course. My cousin live not to far away from there overlooking the Wialua River.

Austin, just bring your old gear with you, and go to the track ,
the people are so friendly maybe someone will let you ride their bike. When I went there thats what I did and had a great time did the same thing at Kahuku on Oahu met so many cool people. To me its unbelievable that the islands are so small and into moto and have great places to ride not like NorCal where we have so much land and not many places to ride.

On my honeymoon 11 years ago I was able to ride on that track. A local by the name of Bully lent me his tricked out TRX250R quad for a few laps. Super fun; what a great guy!

Kauai is an awesome island and the people there are outstanding.

Awesome! Thanks for the advice man! I'll bring my old gear and try it!
