crashed in water bike will not start

2011KTM350sxf crashed in water crossing bike will not start, Changed oil, filter, cleaned screen, replaced gas, removed and drained pipe, removed and cleaned air cleaner, puled spark plug and turned bike over, there is no water in motor, the bike turns over good has great compression and nice blue spark, the injector is passing gas, but bike will not fire and plug is dry..... could the bike have jumped time? Any ideas?

take off the stator cover and dry also clean all electrical connection and grease with dielectric grease.

No FI codes, stator dry, elec. connections cked, tps replaced but will not adjust off of a .499 reading ????
