James will be back next year. Unfortunately with Villapoto moving up Alessis best chance to go was this year...
Reed didnt do outdoors and he was there this year so who knows..
Im pretty confident next year will be...

If James doesn't want to race motocross next year, then he shouldn't represent the USA for the Motocross Des Nations.

Well, Lets See! James has 6 AMA C'ships and Alessi has how many? James has 87 AMA wins and Alessi has how many? After next year, he will be 2nd on the ALL TIME WINS list behind RC. That's alot of C'ships and wins for a rider who is not a racer.

Just something to think about, Monster puts up big money to support the U.S. team. James isn't a big fan of Monster, right? So unless Red Bull steps up and supports the U.S. team, I don't see James racing it next year.
I think RD kinda punked Alessi this year. Don't know if was personally against Mike or not, but he didn't do him any favors. Maybe he didn't want to see a Monster logo on one of his bikes?
