South Arlington area is good. Between I20 and I30. There is or was a track just south of DFW I used to ride at and when done, just right out the gate was a tittie bar.
Another track right off loop 12, just south of the old stadium.
Edit below
We'll, looked on Google earth and it seems the track in Euless is gone and the one in Irving is dead, rarely ridden.
Village creek was good and really enjoyed the Saturday night races.

Grapevine is a cool place to live. I moved here 10yr's ago from AZ. Tracks are everywhere. There is no shortage of fun and good dirt.

Yep we got it good around here. River valley is probably a 45 minute drive from you. Same with luckys landing. I 35 mx is a 2 hour drive north but ISP worth every minute of the drive. Then we have a few trail riding places around.

Wasn't Charlie Bogard from Grand Prairie? Anyways I think burleson mx is around there also. Village creek used to be really good. Haven't been there in about 10 years tho.

Welcome to Texas. Village Creek is probably the closest. They typically run a Tuesday night practice and then a Sunday practice. River Valley is open on Thursday, occasionally Friday night and then Saturday and Sunday. Both tracks regularly update the schedule on Facebook

I grew up in Grand Prairie. Everything within about 15 miles of the Naval Air Station there is pretty much a ghetto. I would suggest that you look for a place to live in Grapevine for the best mix of central location to multiple tracks, low crime rates, good schools and about a 20 minute drive to your work. If you are into mountain biking, one of the best mtb trails in north Texas is on the north shore of Lake Grapevine.

Well been here a couple months now and have found my way to village creek mx and will be living in mansfield.
have met a lot of nice people so far and have really enjoyed the track.
Finding a good school for my son was the rough part but we will live less than 15 min from the track so I think all worked out well.
just need to get my rider here now.
Anyone else here have a kid in 6-8th grade. I really want to find him some food riding buddies
thats something we lacked back home. He had some good friends but thet were all 2 hours away.
