Hydraulic clutch problems

I just installed new clutch plates on my klx 110 with a hydraulic clutch. Put everything in just fine have done it a million times and now I have no clutch. I bled the clutch several times. Has plenty of fluid. Now I don't know what to do. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks guys!!

A buddy of mine is going through the same problem on his ktm 200. Very little to no clutch engagement. I'd help if I could but we can't even figure out what the hell is wrong with his. If we figure it out I'll for sure let you know what we did.

I figured it out. I had to reverse bleed the system. I'm not exactly sure how to on a ktm though
