What jets should I put in to get rid of the bog? I made a forum post before about this and everyone said change the pilot jet to a 45...any other ideas? The bog is pretty bad.

If you can pull your carb and make sure when you turn the throttle its jetting some fuel out, If so your likely lean on your pilot. Its a PIA but just keep steping up till you get good, Its the way we all learned and some of us older guys didn't have the web to help.
Make one change at a time and wright down what you do so you can go back if needed. If you need more help Ill keep an eye here but guyb may move this to the right forum, i run around them all and there also some factory honda guys here too tha likely have a lot more broins than i do.lol

Remove the jet and drill it out, the factory has to meat all that carb epa evl stuff so they skimp on jet size.

Make certain the Accelerator Pump isn't clogged.

Pull the carb off the bike and clean it thoroughly, every last bit of it. Verify that when the float bowl is full and the throttle is turned that the AP is actually working.

Exactly what Matt wrote. I have seen them still allow fuel to get past the nozzle but still be restricted by gunk in the circuit. Also, I went to a smaller leak jet in my son's 150s when he was racing them. I will check the size when I get home from work today. The leak jet is located in the float bowl and bleeds off some of the accelerator squirt back into the bowl. It allows you to tune how much squirt goes into the intake port.
Also, I wired the linkage so that the accelerator pump actuates with the turning of the throttle rather than overcoming the spring pressure to supply the squirt. There is a pretty good explanation on how to do that on CRFsonly web site. In later years Honda went to a mechanical linkage for it.
