Who noticed that somebody was all watery eyed upon his interview before the semi??

I swear it looked like he was crying before hand...

Anyway as they say in Friday "He's goin to cry in the car"

He did seem sad/emotional.
I noticed that also.
He was going to wish him luck while on the gate (but I dont think that happened).
I'd assume he apologized and they talked possibly.
At least I hope he did.
That on track incident was bad move on his part anyway you slice it (intentional/bone-head move/bad mistake/Ect.).

I often wonder how concussions have affected the decision making/emotional stability of Mike and Jeff?

Every time they started thinking rationally, Tony beat them on the head again. . . I'm sure they've had more concussions that weren't racing related.

All joking aside, I wondered what Mike was up to when they interviewed him and he took off like he was going to talk to Broc. . . I don't think Broc needed to see Mike before the race and I'm sure Ricky made a quick call once he saw he was thinking about doing that.

Ricky's reaction in the booth was priceless too. I like having Ricky in the booth for the team owner aspect. We got to see a glimpse of what a team owner goes through in a situation like that.

I don't recall how they determine where each rider rides but it's not the riders who ride in the first qualifier ride in the first semi qualifier. Maybe the guys who place in odd positions ride one semi and the even ride in the others.

No, pretty sure if you ride heat 1 you ride semi 1. I assume I know why he rode a different semi but haven't seen any statements.
The odd and even deal comes from timed practice to place you in Heat 1 / 2 I believe.

Anyone else notice him say "I'm gonna go wish Broc good luck in his race." Then the camera immediately cuts to Broc on the starting line and MA is nowhere to be seen.

The AMA told him to stay away from from Broc I believe,to let things cool down.

Yeah.
They are also mixing up the riders this year.
Like you wont race all the same exact guys you did in the Heat in the Semi's,like back in the day.
They are shaking things up a little.
But - I would assume they didn't want those 2 in the same Semi and have a repeat or maybe retaliation while things were still hot.
