Monster Cup format

I know for a fact RC and the boys are sitting down this week working on MEC 2014. Im going to throw this idea out there and you should throw in your 2 cents also. Maybe they'll see this maybe not but the fans need to be heard.

First off this is my favorite race of the year by far. Imo the joker lane makes the race very hard to follow especially for the regular person. Makes for great bench racing after the dust settles but too hard to follow. We are searching for more recognition to our riders but in a field of 20 its nearly impossible.

Same 3 race format
13 laps
eliminate 1 rider per lap for 1st 10 laps
leaves 10 riders left for 3 laps
opens up the floor for better racing
gives the media a better chance to elaborate on the 10 guys out there.
for the guys being eliminated, have a scroll that shows their name and sponsors till next lap when the next guy is eliminated.
Get rid of one of the classes or freestyle (I love freestyle so don't hate) and do more rider interviews. Gives them a chance to update the fans on riders plans for 2014 which in turn makes the riders more personable.
I have friends that are somewhat new to the sport (3-5yrs) and they identify most with the riders that are featured on the outdoors tv series because the riders are more accessible and personable.

MEC comes off to me as a huge bench racing event. the joker lane is cool but way too hard to follow and ive been watching moto for 20yrs.
