what supermoto for legal use?

ok i want my first bike. a supermoto well my first onroad bike. im in PA and i cant get my crf450 on the road....so what is the best pre made one i can get. im looking for the most motocross like bike out there. and im allllllways wheelieng so i want a bike that is SMOOOOOOTH smooth smooth smooth....and at the same time i want at least a 450. if i can rejet the 450 to have a less snappy throttle like a 250 i can do that. and while into the technicall stuff i want a bike thats easy to rebuild. none of those dumb dual header bikes for a one cyl engine....thats dumb i want any engine thats NOT like a yamaha engine hahahaa with thier 5 valve bullshit and other "inivations. so as you can see im a picky son of a bitch.

so i want one i can get parts for, work on it easily, fullly rebuild easily. like a honda engine
one thats good looking
handles like a mx bike
wheelies smooth
no more than a 450 engine size
low weight
price isnt an issue but ive been looking for a husqy just cuz i dont like the ktm models too much.
