Just thought i would reach out to the national motocross community and see if any one might be able to steer me right when i get to Frankfurt. Im just a local amatuer rider here in the states (40 intermediate), my home track is Washougal, Im heading over to Germany in January for two weeks, just to bum around see some tracks ,hang out, etc, would love to meet and possibly hang out with the MX community in germany. any one interesed i would love to hear from . thanks Dennis. I am 46, german and live in Frankfurt.
When you arrive in January, it's gonna be winter! Temperatures around freezing, weather all but nice. Most of the not so many tracks nearby will be closed!
I hope to ride, but there is almost only one track, where you can ride, IF it's dry enough. That would be about an hour drive.
Who knows, might still be a fun idea to hang out - I'd get to at least practice my english ;-)

in the two weeks you're here, I'll find time to at least have a couple of german beers and do some us vs. euro bench racing ;-)
