Not sure about Durango's moto scene. I've met a few guys that ride trails there and Tomac's place isn't too far from Durango. I just moved from Nashville to Denver last year and love the scene here. Where are you from in TN? BTW, the dirt is real different in Denver compared to TN.

During the winter you'll probably have to head south. It's been quite a few years since I'd been there, but the mountain bike riding is awesome. Not sure about the moto side.

You could always drive down to Cortez and ride with Eli.

I've been living in Telluride, which is about 2 or so hours N or Durango. There's a lot of single track and desert riding, but as far as an actual moto track there's nothing around. The closest tracks are around the Front Range and in Utah and NM. The closest to me here in T-ride is like 5 hours away. I have my bike out here but I rarely have ridden it in the last 2 years I've been here cause singletrack bores the shit out of me. I started riding DH and XC mountain bikes to get my 2 wheel fix.

Spend the winters at silverton and the summers singletracking and heading South to NM to ride track. Throw in the river stuff and fishing, Durango would be a dream to live.
