Jersey ID Company Suggestions Needed

Hey folks, I need to get a handful of my jerseys printed up. The guy I've been using in my home town has closed up shop.

I figured that there are a few of you out there who have your favorites. Below are my specifications.

-Required to let me send my own vector artwork file, which will be followed to spec.

-Able to print solid colors, such as CMYK and black (When I say solid colors, my design has an outline that has to be solid Cyan.)

-I do not want it to be a layered, plotted transfer. My lil bro had a jersey done here in TUlsa... I provided him the artwork, simple white letters with black stroke, and the company (they did stick and ball jerseys) cut out white letters and cut out the black outline individually from colored transfer material, then layered them on and pressed it to transfer. My needs are for a single white piece of transfer material with the designed printed onto the top, then pressed on using the heat press.

- Must be less than $40 per jersey... I am providing the vector artwork and ording a half dozen at a time... no need to be $59 like the local MX graphics company.

-On a side not...If there is a company out there who can make me a big batch of a different type of heat transfer, that would be awesome (it is essentially a screen printing process onto wax paper... the ink is then cured with a UV light, and when I'm ready to use it I just position it on the jersey and heat press it on. THis is how the gear companies do for their factory riders, such as fox.

If anyone can make some recommendations, thanks in advance.
