Chad Reed to..................(mostly mindless chatter enclosed)

I don't think it's to out of the question for cr22 to ride KTM. Yet another top guy like dm18 is riding orange too. KTM is growing in American MX/SX and I wouldn't see why they wouldn't want a guy like chad & two two running their bike. If he Does good or not, it's more publicity for the brand either way. Him and RD have always had a good relationship and still do from interviews I've heard. He helped him win his only outdoor title like JT$ said just a few years ago & respects RD alot. I respect Chad alot, he's been around the sport for a long time. He knows what he wants in a bike and how it needs to feel. JS7 complained about the Yamaha not feeling right to him. These guys are on a level where everything has to feel right & be perfect to win, or at least be competitive. Nothing wrong with it. That's why all riders test & search for the right settings, some just aren't scared to voice their opinion about what's not working.

I think Chad would do well on the KTM, I do believe he would like the steel frame. He is very picky about feel, maybe the steel will allow more of an "At Home" feeling on the bike?

Who knows what he will end up doing, as long as he is out there riding/racing he's got my vote.

Does anyone know the deal with the current honda 450s?

im not hearing anything good about them (or much at all really) so does anyone have any credible sources of knowledge pertaining to what the factory teams think of the crf450?
