Someone who constantly calls someone a racist or even hints at it to fit his agenda with no proof has no balls, I pretty much make that call because I know he wouldn't talk to me I person like he talks to me here. LOL, thats some funny shit. Same thing happened to me in Jr. High School. A dude walks up to me pissed off about some stupid shit and just kicks me in the nuts completely unexpected. Dropped me like a hot rock.

After school he's hanging out with a big group of people talking. I approached from the side, out of his line of sight and returned the favor. He never saw it coming and never messed with me again after that.

I would assume if they come back tonight or by Monday sometime - a full acquittal on Murder 2 & Manslaughter.
After Monday maybe a hung jury or even a possible conviction on manslaughter.
I do not think they will convict him of Murder 2 - their argument seemed to be more on morality & in their hearts.
A manslaughter conviction would be a sympathy conviction based on mostly morality - but not fully.

I think Manslaughter should have been the original charge and I think that is what you will see.

No way they make the Murder 2 charge, it just isn't there.....giving them the option of Man will make it easier for the jury.
The guy that shot doesn't get away completely and the jury doesn't have to feel like they did the wrong thing and sent a guy up for life.

As someone else had said the guys life is pretty much over anyway no matter what happens with the verdict, in jail or out he'll spend the rest of his days looking over his shoulder.

I dont know what they'll think. Six woman might not be able to decide/agree on 1 thing.
I was talking to my Mom earlier (I'm sure you remember my Mom).
She seems to think since it's six women they will milk this for everything it's worth.
As for getting getting free hotel rooms & meals & other jury perks like free little day trips
to spas ect.. on their days off.If it's like a vacation for them,they may not want to go home anytime soon.She goes,I wouldn't LOL.
They will probably go over every little detail twice and drag this deliberation on for a while.
But then again - they may want to get back to their families soon.
Should be interesting to see how long it takes to get a verdict.
