IMO, the coolest thing I've ever seen in the history of dirtbike racing coverage, is the 3 hours of practice online this year. It's about as close to being at the races as can be, without actually being there. Even without live coverage of the night racing...I really enjoy the sense of "hanging out at the stadium" I get watching in the afternoon. Jim and Kevin do a great job during the broadcast with interviews (feels like hanging out in the pits), and the practice coverage really gives an idea how the night may unfold. Thanks Feld for doing these broadcast...we ARE watching!

The DVR function is also bad ass, I like not really having to worry about what time I get to my computer to watch it - I can jump back to whatever I want to see/missed.

What I love about watching the practices is that you get a real sense over just how good these riders really are - especially for people like myself who've never been to a Supercross. To see the C and B riders (who are unbelievably fast themselves) struggle here and there, usually in the whoops a little bit - and to then see how the A guys handle it.... It's unfreaking believable how fast the very top guys (Tomac, Roczen, Villopoto etc) are and how they can dissect the track within just a few minutes. It's beyond me how anyone can get that good. With that said I know the C guys do tend to get the short end of the stick in regards to when they go out.

Along with that is that the C and B guys had to do a lot of work and be local and regional fast guys just to get the chance to race on those courses. And to see the difference in what they do and what the A guys do is, like you said, unfreaking believable!

I'm addicted to it- I love it! One of my favorite parts of going to the races is watching practice.. Kind of wish they'd show first untimed practice to see the guys figure out the track- that's always fun to watch.

I put the show up on the big screen TV and put a window for the video, the live timing (so awesome!), and a chat or two. Setting in my favorite chair w/snacks. pretty dang cool Smile

It could definitely be better though. They need to work on who the camera is following. They tend to stick to one rider for too long, and always seem to switch to a rider on their cool down lap.

Less of a complaint, more of a suggestion for improvement. A simple improvement at that

I stream from my iPad to the TV. First two weeks looked like hd. Flawless. But ever since its been blurry then last week and today it cuts out all the time. I'm getting 29mbs and ive rebooted everything. Anyone else getting this? It's nearly unwatchable.

Mine was a bit blurry today also. I just figured my average satellite Internet connection was to blame. Perhaps it wasn't?

I can easily stream 1080p youtube videos on the same network (while its still streaming SX) so I don't think its at my end. Too many people streaming it now? Maybe their servers cant handle it. Annoying

What happens is the livestreaming servers limit bandwidth with to many people connected which ends up in bad quality and pausing.

In the past, like back w/ the Live audio, it was on the stadiums side that was causing the problems, but it sure seems like by now the stadiums should handle anything our sport could throw at them? but who knows...this is the 1st week ive had problems.
