Best Settings for GoPro Mx?

Whats up fellaz.. was just wondering what the best settings for riding would be for the hero3 silver? just picked one up today and heading to durhamtown in atlanta in a few days and wanted to get it sorted before i left.. some say 720 by 60 fps and others say 1080 by 30fps... Whats the deal by someone who has donealot of riding with one?

Also for riding is it better with the Ultra Wide, Medium or small angle view?

I like 720 wide the 1080 takes forever if you want to post it up online.
