Rider #268 - He got started Racing his dads Honda CT90 and Suzuki TS90 at Friday Nights at Indian Dunes and Wednesday Nights at Ascot Park in Gardena Ca.
He used to visit Al Baker's shop in Van Nuys and the guys in the shop (Dave Osterman, Tom Halverson, Jim Felt and Thad Friday) used to burn his arm with hot welding rod.
He was a paper boy in 5th and 6th grade, the money he earned delivering papers (before dawn) was used to pay for gas, oil, entry fee's and riding gear. When it rained, the papers still got delivered on his 20 Schwinn Stingray bike.
