As much as I hate to say it, the newer Android updates (Ice Cream Sandwich, and now Jellybean) don't have flash player either.

Sucks, but that's not the fault of Google. It's Adobe's fault.

guys, the main problem isnt all of you that HAVE updated.... its the wetods that HAVENT updated and that iOS is bugged and hammering the server continually for downloads, getting them then redownloading what it just downloaded with no request by the user, then doing it over and over, and running up the bandwidth to the point it shuts down!

you can be up to date and all good... just like everything else in the world, its the momo's ruining it, not the ones on top of their stuff.

up to date iphone people... they request a 300mb cast, it streams in, they listen, the pulpmx site uses 300mb of our alotted bandwidth for the month.

idiots that never update anything... they request a 300mb cast, it streams in, they listen, their iOS then requests and downloads it again, that finishes, it requests it again.... repeat this 10 times. The site uses 3gb for one person to hear 300mb of data.

1tb = 1000gb = 1,000,000mb ... a show archive is on average 300mb .... and its not just us getting murdered by this alot are and Apple CANT admit there is a problem, then they would be liable. Any bets a class action happens over this?

the reason alot of smartphones dont support full flash is due to the nature of how flash works.. its VERY cpu intensive. takes power for the processor work that hard, means battery life goes poof.

What is the site doing now? I still get the 509 message in my browser but I have a bunch of old urls from past shows open in winamp and they all stream just fine.

?? Well they did just stream fine moments ago but now I get a "internal server error" message on winamp and nothing plays.

Weird. It worked last night but was 509 again when I just checked 10 min ago. All of a sudden it is back. Now I can listen to the YIR shows as I clean house getting ready for my (m)Xmas guests.

It may be a power hog, but it's not the phone mfg's (excepting the lovely folks at Apple) that are excluding it from today's phones. Adobe announced that they will not be updating Flashplayer for Ice Cream Sandwich and newer Android phones.

My Galaxy S3 and EVO Design (both on ICS) won't play Flash, while my Galaxy S2, my Thunderbolt, and others running the older software will run Flashplayer just fine. I haven't checked, but I don't think it'll work on my LG Quantum (Win 7.5) either.
