nothing yet with the Honda...the loss of air pressure generally happens when the fork tube is damaged which like on the older oil and spring forks oil will leak..with the air forks, loss of air pressure = nick in the seal somewhere...usually

x2, no problems/complaints other than remembering to check air pressure before every ride. They do feel really nice though...

Spungy and too soft if you are pretty fast or heavy. Working too low and got feeling that you flip over when breaking hard. Put in different airpressure even way over limit but didn't help. Going to put on modified older fork and trying to order new kit w fork w springs from diff well known companies. Some of the most common famous companies doesn't bother to answer mail with a recuest to buy their kit? keep looking with help from friends in business. KYB Europe maybe? Enzo must have lost their computer or mailbox? Same with Factory connection? PC on strike? Maybe they are working flat out preparing for SX? If my company not answer customers call/mail anyday anytime i'd be sleeping on the pavement today....Laughing

Thanks chris! We have already put an order for kit-susp.Do Race tech sell kits or only modify? Sorry for my late answer especially when whining about no one answer myself.Blush I check the race shop only once in a while. Better be regular now.
What is your experience with Honda kyb fork so far? More oil schims compression stiffer earlier? Any secret goodies for us morans?Wink Have a nice weekend!

We don't sell kit suspension. We do offer A-Kit style internals, basically all the pieces you need to upgrade your stock components to A-Kit style suspension. Coatings are also available. We have actually found through some R&D an Ultra Slick Treatment for the forks that is more effective than even the best coatings - and combined with coatings is unbelievable. The treatment is 1/10 of the cost too.

As far as the 2013 CRF, let me first be completely up front, I am the marketing guy - I don't touch suspension. I leave it to our techs who know what they are doing. I know they've done a handful of setups and a ton of testing, mostly supercross and quite a few more on the Kawasaki. So far, I am hearing it's a bit different, but not positive exactly what just yet. Once we have more final settings ready, I'll get more info on it and we will likely have quite a few tests go out.

If you ever have questions or just need some setup advice, use my email address. I will get it straight to our techs and get you some help.

So I pulled off the track last night and my forks were at half mass...No oil coming out of the seals (i dont know if that even happens) and the forks were about 3-4" lower in the sag than when I started my session. They feel empty too...What may or may not have happened here? Just air them back up or?

Thanks!

Assuming you have the KYB PSF's, you blew air past your seals... I have had this happen a couple times. You can do the old feeler gauge clean out or use the risk racing seal cleaner thing and then air them back up, but honestly in my experience, they wont last long and it sucks if they go completely flat. At the very best your day is done, at worst your stranded...

I would replace seals. I'm getting fed up with seal replacements but on the plus side I'm getting pretty good at it now! I keep the tools and spares in my truck and can have both done in an hour at the track. (gotta be careful to keep things clean there).

Good luck

Yeah I actually changed the seals, dust covers and oil the other night in both forks and it was surprisingly simple to do! Appreciate it guys!
