Enduro legend, David Knight, has left KTM and for 2013 will form his own team aboard a 2013 Honda CRF450R.
Always fun when big names change teams. And with KTM inking phenom Jonny Walker to a new Factory deal I knew the Knighter would be heading elsewhere.
Good look to David on his new Honda.

I apologize but no one ever even looks at the offroad section so thought I would post it here as the Knighter is a legend of motorbikes.

Wish the best for The Knight.
Will be very interesting to see Knighter on red, the guy is so amazingly talented and awesome to watch, no matter what discipline he is competing in.
The HM Hondas do pretty well in enduro proving that the CRF450R is a workhorse for al things moto. I'm just hoping he will enter some extreme events like he used to like Hell's Gate.
KTM is still a world wide, off road and MX (and God knows why, streetbike) plaaaaaaaayer.
Pit Row
And speaking of Juha,The Knighter is a legend but actually I would venture to say it is far and away Juha who is the GOAT of offroad. And Caselli in the States I would say. Truth be told, though, there's only only GOAT and that's RC4!
And though, Knight's credentials are from his web site they excluded his Tough One and Hell's Gate victories which are two of the most difficult races in the world.
I think Cervantes will be returning to KTM so I don't think it will hurt KTM. Knight didn't have a very good year this year.
And in the Hard Enduro market, the signing to the KTM Factory team of 21 year old Jonny Walker (Erzberg 2012 winner) who had actually been with KORR KTM sets them up with what will be the sports best for the next few years. Right now Graham Jarvis is still king but Walker is the rising star of that sport.
It will be cool to see Knight at XGames EnduroX!
I actually don't think anyone should be called GOAT. There will always be someone better.
