Guys, you can't sell merchandise with a person's likeness on it. If you do and Peelout wanted to he could sue you for every dime you got for exploitation and public humiliation. You can try asking his permission - I think that's what he was trying to say in his post above when he said "Wat." He was saying, "Really, you're going to sell a t-shirt with MY picture on it and you're not even going to ask ME first? I'm a active board member here, so it wouldn't be hard to track me down. I would've said yes, too, but since you tried to go behind my back I might just have to think about it a little longer." I think he just couldn't find the words because he was rendered nearly speechless by the OP's audacity.
