I was just checking out the results from the canadian national at Walton today and noticed Dakota finished 3rd in the first MX2 moto and DNF'ed the 2nd. Can he keep his AM status in the states and still do that since that is a Pro/Am class up there or is he turning pro for '13?

Huge props to Bobby Kiniry!! top 10 on sat at 'dilla and then a podium 3rd at Walton. That is iron man like. Someone needs to give that guy a solid ride for '13. nothing but results in both MX/SX for him. Great kid, no issues or drama and just gets results. Also a great job by Jason Burke. The kid works 40hrs a week and gets a top 10 overall in the Nationals.

Dakota should be going A for 2013 and I do not believe mx2 in Canada affects your pro am status. Dean Wilson rode 3 or 4 Canadian nationals before his A class trip to lorreta's

I believe that as long as Dakota doesn't score any points in an AMA sanctioned pro event he is OK for the amateur status.
As far as I know there are no plans for Dakota to turn pro in 13.

Does anyone know if Cooper Webb is turning pro for the Nationals next year? We could have Jace Owen, Cooper and Dakota all turning pro at the same time.. I think these 3 could do some damage in the lites class!

Good job to Alix today!

and the rest of this years b class rippers. Bisceglia, Rodrigues, Clout, Mcelrath, Covington all carved up at Lorettas. Alot of new blood is moving up in the next couple of years. All of the above and more have the potential to shake things up. Seems like they've all pushed the level higher by having to race each other the last couple years, theres not enough rides available for the talent around already so who knows where all these guys are gonna fit in the mix.
